be careful . USA voltage is 110 volt - see on the power input and lable - does it state 220 Volt or 110 . Usually you will find a selector switch on the power input side .to set the local voltage - otherwise you need a stepdown transformer

Considering you only have 3 speakers, I would think you would be further ahead by purchasing an entirely new system.

These speakers are 6 OHMS, that means you can only use an amp that is rated for 6 ohms. The original amp put out 20 watts (rms). Any amp rated above 25 watts per channel could do serious damage to the speakers if turned up to the highest levels.

Try powering it off, then unplug it. Then with it unplugged press the power on and hold it for 10 seconds. Plug it back in and start it up normally. If it still does not power up I'd look for a fuse in it - usually there is a little round object on the rear of electronic items that has the word FUSE printed on it. It will have a screwdriver slot on it, just unscrew it using a screwdriver that fits the slot and inspect the fuse - very important that the fuse is replaced with the correct type and amp rating, if you have questions, take the fuse with you to a hardware store and have them look at it to get the right one - there are dozens of these things and you risk setting a fire in your house if you put too high of an amp rated fuse in.
