Cannot turn off the Timer

Can you set the start/stop time to read 00:00? If so try that, it shouldn't go off at all. Another possible solution could be to turn it off and unplug it directly from the wall.... leave it for a minute or so, plug it back in and leave the timmer alone all together. If it has an internal memory, leaving it unplugged for a few minutes might reset the system. There might also be a main reset button hidden somewhere but you will have to look that up in the manual.

Hello,

If that is the case that the cleaning disc skip, i will advice you clean your laser lens manually, follow this steps to clean your laser lens manually.

Remove the outer casing of the CD player. Remove the screws that mount the top casing onto the bottom of the CD player and slide the top casing off. This will expose the CD deck, which houses the laser pickup lens Find the lens. The lens will be glass and under the CD clamp. The lens will probably have a blue tint to it. If you are having trouble finding the lens, you could shine a light on the components and watch for the reflection Use a cotton swab and some spirit to gently wipe the lens. Just a quick scrub will do. Dry the laser pickup lens with the other end of the swab Give the lens a few seconds to dry and replace the covering of the CD player. Test the efficiency of the player. If necessary, repeat the process, if the problem still persist, replace the lens.

Please try and lift the turn table off the casing itself (wheel only) and check if it is belt driven, or by gears. If it is belt driven, the belt might be worn or streched, and needs to be replaced

How do I get my cd to eject? What can I do? I don'...

On these systems with the CD player being on the top, you can get the disk out by either removing the top cover via 6 screws , ( 2 on either side and 2 on the back ) or the screws on the side and back of the hifi that hold the case on, they will need to be removed. Then pull the cover up and slide out. Then if it should be easy to pull the disk out.

You will probably have to disasssemble the unit to get it out.

I SUSPECT that a little drive belt for the eject mechanism has failed so it cannot eject the CD.

Radio turns on at midnight automatically, I do not

To shut off the timer function (turns the unit on at a certain time):
Press the timer button (on the system itself) until the little clock icon disappears from the units display. This deactivates the timer.
Alternatively, you can reset the system to factory default (clear all user inputs and setting from memory)by:
Start with the power on
Turn the unit of using the power button.
Turn the unit on while pressing the Stop/Clear button.
