Make sure you are using the blue/white wire to turn your amp on. The blue wire is antenna remote turn on and turns off when leaving tuner mode. The blue/white wire is amplifier remote turn on.

Did you check both the red and yellow wires? You may have a bad connection elsewhere in the vehicle or even bad solder connections inside of the radio itself.

push and hold the menu and center button for ten seconds to REFRESH your ipod OR it 's the menu and play button.

No, its ok. Try to check the wire connection in the power supply. Check the fuse if the spring that pushes to contact is still working. The problem is on that area.

this specific model alpine was famous for that pull the radio out and check the red yellow and black wire were they go into the harness on the back of the radio sometimes the pins in the harness loosen up

Press "Title" until time is displayed. Then press and hold "Title" for a few seconds until time is displayed. Turn the silver knob to change the hour, after hour is set, press the silver knob to activate minutes. Turn sliver knob to change minutes. Press silver knob to end.

you will need to set up your system to accept aux. default setting is 'aux off'. refer to system manual to setup system to accept 'aux on' on pages 23 & 24. please read carefully as instructions are confusing.
