Error 0 can be caused by:

• Error encountered when upgrading from Version 0.9 or 1.0
• The source link of the Zoom installer package is broken
• An antivirus software like AVG that could have quarantined the files that were downloaded by the Zoom Installer

• Try uninstalling Zoom (from Programs and Features), then downloading the Zoom client installer (Download) manually and then install it (as Administrator)

I would uninstall the drivers, reboot, and let your OS install the mouse. Then try to re-install the new drivers that were released by Wacom yesterday available at the link I provided. This error can happen when you install the software from the CD provided. Go to Wacom's website and download the software from there and then install that.

Hi, Make sure to get the latest driver from the Wacom site to ensure that your tablet is supported with your version of windows.

From what I read, you just sit it on top of the tablet instead of a pen/stylus. The buttons should work due to voltages induced into it by the tablet. Didn't it come with an instruction pamphlet?

If you have an installation disk for that tablet, you can reinstall the software
