on the left hand side of the sewing machine is the lamp cover door( face plate)
some have a hinge on the back & they just pull open
others have a hidden screw(there a tab you have to remove with a screw driver) then just unscrew the screw & take off the face plate & change the bulb
don't loose the tab or the screw

If you do not have a button or lever near the teeth under the plate then you should have a raised plate

If you have pushed the winder over and it is not turning either the winder rubber has worn down one side, or there is residue on the winder rubber, or the bwinder has seized through lack of oil which is quite common, with the winder in the off position see if you can spin it by hand, if you can't then chances are it has seized, put some WD40 oil on the top of the spindle and leave it overnight, then put an electric drill over the top of the spindle and switch on slowly, that usually works.

Check the features for bobbin winding and make sure they are not activated.

If this model has a smaller wheel in the center of the hand-wheel, make sure it is tight (turn to the right, or to the back of the machine).
