I have a apex digital just got a new remote because my other one wasn't working . But now my tv is not turning on at all . But the ir receiver is on because it's blue .help me please .

Sounds like fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. sound but no pic usually indicates an inverter board fault, you have not indicated if the screen is intact,does it light for a second at switch-on ? Len

How do i fix my Apex TV? is has so picture

Unless this was "New Old Stock" then I am guessing this is pretty old. The CRT can be fixed but depending on what is wrong it will be either a new board, power supply or picture tube. Might be time to purchase a new one.

Can I replace the bulb that causes the remote to work on my apex 32" led tv. I could not get the universal remote to work

Try a universal remote from Rite Aid or look on Ebay for a replacement remote. Might be time for a new TV. Prices are downtown, down! Cheers, Kelly San Diego, CA
