The picture is black on our Apex digital LD4688 TV but we have sound--what is wrong?
Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Where do I find the access code?
Hi Chanel, your best bet is to call the people who installed the system and get them to give you support in this matter. The access code is probably something they are aware of that may be specific to your set up.
