HOW DO YOU ADJUST THE TIMING ON A KENMORE 15202

This may not help but www.sewusa have a couple of images for general timing repairs, link ishttp://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Repair/Sewing%20Machine%20Hook%20Timing.htm but it just describes the images for rotary and horizontal hooks. You may need to track down a repair manual for your model, sometimes these pop up on ebay.

Where are the oiling points?

You should put a drop of machine oil on all of the moving parts that don't touch the thread.

Feader dogs will not move material. thread knots

Thread knots because the material is not feeding. Sounds like the machine has not been oil or serviced in some time and the old oil is turned into a varnish and causing the mechanisms to stick and therefore, not operating freely. I've recently serviced a machine that had been idle for quite some time and the feed dogs and zigzag mechanisms were sticking. Just a proper dissolving and cleaning the old oil and re-oiling and the machine was working like new again. A proper cleaning of lint build-up on the feed dogs under the needle plate is also a probable cause.

My bobbin will not refill but motor is turning

Do you have your thread wound around the guide the right way so that there is the proper tension? Do you also have your bobbin resting against the bobbin winder all of the way? Have you released the knob (clutch) to stop the needle bar from going up and down? If, all these things are correct and it still does not wind the bobbin, call Sears.

Bobbin Thread is "birdnesting"

Get out the manual and refer to the maintenance section for cleaning the machine.

Especially the bobbin area. You want to make sure the area around the bobbin case is free of lint and thread.

Use a new bobbin and re-thread the machine, with the presser foot UP.

Install a new needle, again according to the directions in the manual. Installed incorrectly can lead to mis-stitching.

If the problem persits, the timing may need adjusting.

This should be done by the sewing machine tech for Kenmore.

Sewusa.com has a guide for this in the repair section, but you could end up with more problems.

Looking for a walking foot for Kenmore 385.16554 model. Where can I get one?

Most good sewing machine suppliers should be able to get you one. If yours is a reasonably new machine (last 20 years or so) and it is a low shank machine they're quite easy to get and usually reasonably cheap.

Kenmore 158.17600 Sewing Machine. It is not feeding fabric?

You don't need to replace them, because fabric doesn't wear away hardened steel. When was it last cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and timed? They need doing every couple of years whether you use the machine or not. https://www.google.com/search?q=sewing+machine+service+and+repair+near+me ..
