that message can mean two things to consider.(1) If you trying to play a backup(copy) of the game and your box is not flashed then it will show that (2) if you only using original games then it can mean either your disc is damaged ,has a few scratches on it therefore the laser cannot read the data properly. it could also mean that your laser is dying .this happens when you get into the habit of playing scratched media .it shortens the life of your laser. in the case where you trying to play a copied disc,then it is either a cheap media disc or scratched or incorrectly burned.use image burn and make an iso of the game and burn it at no faster than 4 speed.

The cause of your problem can be that the region code of your game is different compared to the region code of your dlc. if this is not the case then try to re-download it from the PSN store. If that is also not working then it could be an error of Infinity Ward. They'll release a patch for it then, if not, then you should contact the local Infinity Ward customer service. If its with just that check the disk and look for big scratches if not a lot try clearing your cache but if its with a lot of your games its your laser in the disk tray
