There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Hello Arberzine Fisher,

Not finding DIRECT resonating numbers here in USA...
but similar MAINBOARDS here are as low as $55
guaranteed (no worries: principles remain the SAME).

I do not think switching your sources is that
CONVENIENT... I would suggest you FIRST
attempt to follow your manufacturer's manual
(at the bottom of this paragraph).
ProScan PLCD3956A Instruction Manual Troubleshooting

I will further complicate your concerns: HOT SWITCH
of your LIVE video CABLES is typically rewarded by
frying the mainboard associated with that particular
video input:

Shut ALL power down... Configure your cable
(d'jour) and restore the POWER

Even COLD CABLE connections OUGHT be
considerate of (ESD) Electro-Static Discharge

The slightest STATIC spark (you might not even
feel) is capable of destroying a SEMICONDUCTOR.

Simple protection: $6 anti-static WRIST-BAND
owned by every (competent) technician in the
INDUSTRIAL Electrons field...
(not meaning your average SEARs home repair)
Amazon com Rosewill Anti Static Wrist Strap Band with Grounding Wire ESD...

Feel free to comment me back if you need REPAIR guidance....
I have written BUNCHES of directions... of assistance: DIY
(do-it-yourself) will save you hundreds against a competent repair person... Much more if YOUR repair person seems to emulate the SAMPSONITE GORILLA (apologies to our Gorillas).

Hope this inspires

If you don't want to spend a fortune getting one from the manufacturer get an ALL IN ONE at Walmart (just an example) and program from the manual with the remote package.

Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.
Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.//

Its T'Con board is an inbuilt one, with the display panel, and can't be replaced. Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary. /
