Hope this helps...

Hi my name is Nathan, sorry to hear that, I'll be glad to assist you on htis. First, you need to basic troubleshoot your DVD. 1st, check the configuration of your audio on your player set it to max volume if its not working, try to check if your DVD ( not the player ) has a scratch on it it maybe broken due to scratches if not, please refer to a service center of the dvd company..
I NEED A NEW RECHARGABLE BATTERY FOR MY PVS1080 I
But u if plug in the A/C power adaptor charger in the DVD player still work?Could be the A/C power charger adaptor itself have problems too.Yes,than it is the litium battery not taking any more charges.Tries website like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a new exact litium battery or a compatible one. These websites should have A/C power adaptor charger too.
It worked great for awhile
Hi,
Obviously,
the problem is from the laser (lens) of your player. The lens is weak
such that it cannot load data on discs. Its spinning, trying to load,
but can't because of the weak laser.
Get a lens cleaner, use it
to clean the lens. If that doesn't solve the problem, get a screw
driver, open the player's cover so that you can gain access to the lens,
use a cotton board to clean the surface of the lens. This should clean
dust or dirt that might be on the lens.
If non of the above solves the problem, then know that you need to replace the laser to a brand new one.
To
replace the lens, remove the bad laser, use it as a sample to get
exactly the same type and do the replacement. Note that replacing a
laser (lens) needs a professional touch, so if you cannot replace the
laser, get it to a repairman to fix it for you.
Once this us done, your player will play all CD's again.
Good luck.
Can this model be connected to a TV so that DVD's
Yes, but you need to get an adapter, Radio Shack has them. The audio and video outs are 1/8" plugs. You need the adapter that goes from the 1/8" plug to the RCA plugs. Then turn the little switch on the right hand side from "DVD" to "AV IN".
Need battery charger
You can buy it to any electronic or computer shop nera you like Bestbuy , Radioshack or any other store just give them model of your device and they will be able to provide you that....
