Lines in the screen of my netbook
While this could be a connection problem, either a loose connection or a faulty video connection cable, more than likely it's the LCD that has the problem. It's hard to rule out a video connector cable, but I really wouldn't
suspect that unless the unit has gotten wet, or if the cable has been
pulled on, etcIf your netbook has an external VGA video connection, try connecting it to a different monitor. Obviously, if it works there, it's not a fault of the video system, but the panel itself.. If that is the case, I don't think it can be repaired, only replaced. If yours is still under warranty (1 year for most) you can contact Coby for repair information. Otherwise, the specific part number for your LCD is on the back of the unit. You can also search by your specific model #, but there may be more than 1 part # in your series of netbook.

Replace the keyboard that most generally means liquid has been spilled on it at 1 time. They run about $20 online. You can try an external USB keyboard to verify thats what it is b4 you order a new 1.
