Unfortunately this is a laser pickup assembly problem, overtime the laser becomes weak and can't track anymore. The second problem is caused by a bad pladder motor that the cd sits on, any repairs on this scale involve the whole assembly to be changed and is not cost effective to repair but far cheaper to replace the entire unit.

No. But you can replace them with a simple power cable and some generic speakers - if the membrane of the original ones was damaged. The speakers will cost you around $20 one at your local DYI shop - match the diameter and the power.
To replace the wires ($5 for 10 feet) you will have to dismantle the speaker boxes - held together with screws.

Since you have cleaned the lense I will skip that recommendation. I am assuming that you did not use a cleaning cd as they do nothing and many times cause damage to the laser assembly. You should go to my tip to be sure that you have cleaned it properly http://www.fixya.com/support/r4119308-clean_lense_cd_or_dvd_player If you are absolutely sure that the lense is clean and no damage has occurred then you probably have some dried up hard grease on the rails which the laser slides (tracks) on. Clean this stuff off and regrease with a light lubricant and make sure that you do not get any lubricant on anything. See how this works and let me know.
