try to remove it by kerosene or nail police remover.
kerosene is the best for removing colour.

Rubbing alcohol should work...if it doesn't, then nail polish remover definitely will.

More info needed there...What are you trying to re-color? What kind of leather? Chrome or oak tanned? Soft, or hardened? Heavily figured, or smooth? Waxed, tooled, or otherwise finished?

Most leather dyes can be brushed onto the leather, in whatever pattern you want. Keeping in mind that it's a LOT easier to go to a darker color than a lighter one!

You can use the old lemon juice and salt trick. Place a sponge or towel under the stain, and use a washcloth or very soft brush to work it through the fabric. When the stain looks gone, wash the entire thing as per manufacturer's instructions.

If that doesn't work, try hydrogen peroxide..the disinfectant you can get from the **** store..in a spray bottle with a mild detergent, or one of the oxygenating cleaners, like Oxyclean, mixed with a bit of water.
Work it through the fabric just like the instructions above.

A school board may have provided guidelines on what they expect teachers to wear or not wear when practicing their profession. Such guidelines are likely to be controversial. For instance, does wearing flip flops pose a safety hazard? Is wearing jeans a professional look? Should it be permitted for a teacher to have a face full of facial jewlery? Historically, teachers were expected to "look professional", i. e. "dress for success." The idea promoted was for the teachers to be role models. Whether or not one was a good teacher otherwise, the first impression made by dress was deemed important. Just how much "tolerance" for individualism is sacrificed by such codes is debateable. I suspect the idea is that unless you dress a certain way, you are likely to at least at first to be less respected. But to answer the question directly, a teacher's dress code consist of guidelines to make the issues less about what the teacher wears and more about what the teacher teaches. But it likely is arbitrary and a product of local culture.

I don't think you're going to get bleach stains "out". The bleach has removed the tanning in the leather and it's not coming back. Have you tried polishing them with the same, or similar colored shoe polish like Ki Wi (sp?) shoe polish? if not, maybe a cobbler can tan them with products he has?
