Every fridge has a drain usually on the back wall bottom left inside the fridge; just above the compressor. Without a drian there is no where for the condensation to go except under the drawers on under the food trays. It does not look like a drain but it is there. Some Electrolux refrigerators have a visible drain hole on the rear wall or behind the wall's access panel. In this case, you can flush the hole with hot water to dispel the blockage.

Hello - Sounds like the power outage possibly caused a communication problem with the control board to the refrigerator not responding. From what you explained in your comment, if the refrigerator seems dead I would strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. If the unit is not cooling in either section of the appliance, unit can be experiencing some form of sealed system issue as well. This can include the compressor not working correctly, the evaporator fan not turning, or even coolant in the lines not at the correct levels to properly cool. If the compressor is running, humming, or even a little warm then that is typically normal. However if the compressor is running hot, then it is over working and the issue could be before the compressor in the evap fan, coil or coolant lines. Unless the unit is displaying an error code, often alpha-numeric, then you would need to contact you're a professional to properly diagnose the refrigerator.

5Y CF indicates a communication error between the refrigerator control board and the user interface (display panel). When the refrigerator was powered up, its self-test didn't complete properly. The wiring harness, the user interface or the main control board could have damage. Are you sure you installed the water filter with correct direction for water flow in line with the filter. They normally have an arrow showing direction of flow.
