https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPA7EYWwJuI I think this is it- it is not instructions, but it is a video of someone putting the kit together. There are similar videos for a lot of popular kits on ebay. Watch it a couple times and look at the photos in the instructions & you can figure it out.

You don't. The dollhouse, once assembled, is not designed to be "dismantled." Once the parts are glued together, they essentially become a single unit, not parts. If it does not fit into your car as is, you will need to find a friend with a pickup truck, and wrap the house in a blanket and transport it in the bed, or rent a truck for $20 from Home Depot or U-Haul to transport it. Or just break the house down using a dremel tool to cut through the glue joints...Not recommended, but it is an option.

Have you tried going to manufacturer web site for down load? Google manual? Check ebay.

Kidkraft.com is where I looked mine up at. You can just type Modern Luxury Dollhouse and the instructions come up.
