Do not replace whole convergence board.Because convergence data stored in old board cannot transfered to your new board.Means in your new board there is no convergence data.Unless you have the service manual and know how to get service menu.

I believe if you have convergence problem one of your IC (STK) is bad along with couple of small
Value resistance.

BAD STKs YOU have 2 of them replace them both 392-110s up grade 180s.

its the convergence tube is faulty try to replace it.

Replace both STKs 392-110s

Its in front of your convergence board small blue switch press and hold untill convergence pattern comes up 0 for red/ status is for green /ant is for blue adjustments.

Convergence kit # X480306 for your Model #.....
Replace parts & activate auto-focus......T.

convergence kit # x480306 , dont go into the service mode unless you know what your doing in there and what your adjusting./st.

is the light blinking?

If your model has magic focus it should be behind the flip down cover on the front panel next to the auxillary video inputs

reset the projectorsettings

Rebuild convergence amp circuit.......use kit # X480293......
follow kit instructions.................T.

remove front grill assy to front of the internal pc boards.on your left side ther is a blue rest button mounted on the convergence board this is the eprom rest ,unless yuo know and have the service manual do not rest the eprom at this time. look at your front control panel to see if thers a small hloe and if so you need a thin rod to acitvate the button inside. again the service book will help /

take the front panel off behind the speaker grill and it will be a small button manybe blue or white and that is the button your looking for. it is at the front of the board and you can only press it when the tv is on to go into service mode.

possible screen adjustment also,red it set to high,
