Possible power supply or Lamp Ballast that has instantly blown a fuse.If no power or lights etc someone has to open and test voltages etc.If beyond you---have set taken to a shop---a house call is usually a waste of time and money in this situation.

Suspect it has like the 60V500, and others before it a bad optical light engine.

The model listed and some models just before it had a red or pink area oval in shape (can be almost any shape) that is caused by the Optical light engine (not cheap part) being damaged by the heat from the lamp, unless its under some warranty not cost effective to repair, last one I saw was over 600 wholesale just for the part.

Try a diff hdmi cable. I have seen many times where the cables go bad. Try that first

This is an indication of a bad Optics engine one of the LCD's in the light engine is bad. The only way to repair this is to replace the light engine assembly.

If you play this TV 24-7 you might need Lamp most lamps last between 5,000hrs of playing time,so when lamp has been played for 5,000hours then lamp goes bad.

Most likely bad lamp . Listen for a very slight buzz from the rear of tv at power up. IT will buzz several times before lamp light begins to blink. IF it does and pix does not light suspect lamp .. Part number Ux21513

Have you checked the main fuse to see if its blown? If thts blown its indicating a short if its not blown then cahnces are its the power supply causing the issue since no power indicator is lit. If you need further assistance let me know.

This problems it is related to the tv projection lamp.The tv projection lamp is inside the tv now.Been in the tv like a 1 1/2 or 2 years already?Tv is on and used it like 4 or 5 hours daily?Yes,than the tv projection lamp must be replaced should solved this problems.If the tv projection lamp already been replaced,than this problems are caused by the board that call the Ballast board.This Ballast board only job are to ignite the tv projection lamp only.

the problem is the cooling fans they probley need to be cleaned there are two of them i have a 60v710 hitachi too

If you have RGB color settings adjust either green and blue higher or drop red lower, if this doesnt fix the problem than that means you have a problem with the colors/lights going out inside the TV
