Hi, Please clear out the paper jam by removing the tray and removing any pieces of paper stuck in the printer. You can also open up the back of the printer and remove paper as well. Then, try to print on both-sides again. If your printer has multiple trays, try switching the source tray prior to printing. Thank you.

Download the latest PCL driver from Canon's website.
Install it on the the computer requesting the print, not the server.
Reboot after you install.

If that doesn't work try to find a PostScript (PS) driver.
(Adobe products were developed on PS drivers.)

Hi, Please double check that the nozzle of your printer is clean. Also, please run test prints with different document to check for any change to the issue afterwards. And you'll want to restart both your printing source (ie computer) as well as your printer before attempting another test.
