I can´t install this printer
Do you have the install disk? If not, you can go to
hp.com. Drivers and downloads. If there are any updates for windows 7, they'll be there. if you have already done this, then answer me back exactly what happens.
Let me know

We have 2 Canon ImageRunner 3320N copiers, but
it is in the copier settings. one is actually set up to automaticly do doublesided copies as a default. while the other one is only set up to do singlesided copies
first while on the main copy screen change the setting how you want the copier setup ..... double sided printing, black and white, or how ever you want your defaults to be set up
then you will need to goto the additional functions button and under copy settings you will need scroll down to the second page.
there you will want to hit the standard setting button then click the store button, then click yes... now it will default to the double sided copies.....
hopefully this will fix the problem if not get back to me

Marks on page
I've seen this problem quite frequently if its the same thing. I've seen alot of times when running on 11 by 17 smudging through the print mostly near the corners. You may need to adjust the fuser roller speed and the vertical transport speed which is in level 2 of service software. If this sounds like your problem let me know and I can walk you through the adjustment.

Reset timer for energy saver mode
Every new unit comes with the user's manuals, and every new unit has free tech support from the vendor. What you are looking for is under the "System Settings" found after pressing "Additional Functions".

Black dots on copies.
Try using the roller cleaning or wire cleaning procedure in additional functions. If fault persists, it might be toner build up on the fuser roller from dots worn onto the surface on the fuser rollers.
