Hi James, I´l do my best to help you out. I take it that you are using Chrome browser to watch Netlix. If that is the case, then go tot he Chrome webstore, and look for Cast (it should give you various options), choose the one from Google. One install in Chrome, reboot your Chromecast. Try it with YouTube first, if it works, it should work with Netflix. Both, PC and Chromecast must be on the same network.
