this is due to the primary charge whire failure please remove the primary charge wires and replace it if problem is still there check the transfer separation assayfor broken wife or broken contact pins

its a communication error check the following on the ir5000 disconnect the finisher,disconnect the add and the paper deck (i.e. all accessories and turn the copier oneverything should be ok and when you press the system monitor button under consumables you should see the pic of the copier and only the copiernow turn the copier off and connect one accessory and see if it shows up when you connect the last accessory and the problem is gone that means one of the connection was not goodhope that helps if you connect one accessory and the code shows up then that is what the problem is
