Hello sir; I believe the problem is te cartridge you purchased is refurbish one, please return to exchange.

Check the paper tray actuators & sensors.

There is a mircoswitch which may become slightly bent. The microswitch rides on the left hindge of the feeder inside the covers. When the start button is pressed the feeder may move upward slightly causing the miroswitch to loose contact with the hinge. You can usually reform the arm of the switch and make it work.

replace your fuser section.

Error code E000 error in the fixing unit...thermofuse is broken or thermostart is out...to know this you must know how to open the fixing unit...and check the thermofuse and the thermostart with multitester...or see if the heater lamp is turn on...

If the light is a red light with a flash shape then the machine probably has a jam. Look for jams and once you have cleared any jams switch the machine off and then on again. It could be the toner light if there are about six red dots - in this case you need to add toner.

Please remove the toner cartridge and shake it side to side. then make sure it's inserted all the way in.

what actaully you need? if you need a manual is another issue but if you need your machine to work do this.
1.check the corona wires in corona units if broken replace if not
2.clean the corona units so that they will be free from discharging.

I believe the 2 springs hold your side door closed, alot of people use scotch tape to hold the door closed.
Anyway 1 goes on the left side and the other goes on the right side of the door. If you open the door and look down on the plastic frame, not part of the door, you'll see 2 holes on the left and 2 more on the right. The one end of the spring slide down thru the 1 hole and turn it 90 degrees and pull it up so it hooks on the plastic piece between the 2 hloes. Do the same for th other side. Now, the top end of the spring attaches to a plastic tab in line with the holes on the door, toward the top side. Some times those tabs break off.
If that's the case we'll have to get a little creative

Sounds as if it is low on toner.When they run low, the motor will continue to run trying to add more toner.The toner add system is a glorified flour sifter.Eventually it will set the add toner on.Good Luck

The machine is trying to feed toner to the developer assy.Check if you have toner in the cartride and that the cartridge is propperly set.
