My daughter forgot the pin for her toy "My Safe"
Reference: Paisley Electronic Push Code Safe
Item # 5661462
Purchased at Justice. May be one of the following design/colors: 1. Pink and black 2. neon green 3. tye-dye (all in zebra pattern, I believe)
To gain access to safe without code proceed with the following simple instructions:
Use a screw driver to access batteries on the bottom of the safe. Remove all three AA batteries.
WAIT AT LEAST TEN SECONDS before reinserting betteries to functional position. Replace screw. Key in default passcode "0000#" Safe will now be unlocked and upon opening you can reset passcode. Hold down the "*" and when voice prompted to "key in passcode" enter new 4 digit code followed by the # sign... HOLD "*" until completed code with "#" You will hear the voice command, "enter passcode" after each digit entered. [Press & hold "*" (1234) press "#" release "*"] Close safe and new passcode should be set and work properly. If not, enter default "0000#" and try to reset once again.
It was frustrating to begin my search for, what should have been, simple instructions, or at bare minimum, a basic manufacturers guide on how to reset the safe. It blew my mind to see how many people actually post on ANYTHING... It's like they see an open box and "hear their calling" and just start typing completely useless comments... As if, despite any accuracy, insightful, or remotely helpful information whatsoever, people need and should read the thoughts that are being expressed as an "answer" in a comment section by these countless, braindead, arrogant, naive post maniac's. I began to wonder if these people, who are, (giving it their best guess) in typed form, oh so willingly, along with some ridiculous, personal side story pertaining an unusually excessive amount of irrelevant & pointless information. One of the many answers posted to such a simple issue was something like, EXAMPLE: "I can't believe my kid placed her jewelry in the safe that she got as a Christmas gift, I almost returned it but didn't, stopped by Taco Bell and ordered bean burrito, then went to hardware store to purchase hammer... blah blag blah ya, so take a hammer to the safe and it should open right up, after safe is in three pieces, then place hammer firmly in right hand and self inflict 3 square hits to noggin... You're welcome." Another, posted a manufacturer manual for a COMPLETELY different product???? Thanks for your efforts and research on this issue... Perhaps, this "thoughts & guess post" syndrome derives from something more reasonable; like, a "God Complex" because when we began this search by asking the Google God's our question, well these random, excessive poster's took it upon themselves & assumed they play that "God role" and therefore make a career out of commenting complete garbage to all and any questions alike. WHY COMMENT IN AN "ANSWER" SECTION WITHOUT KNOWING THE ANSWER AT ALL?? ALL PRAISE THE GOOGLE GOD'S, OH, THEY KNOW... OR WILL ACT LIKE THEY KNOW..., OR WILL AT LEAST TELL US ALL ABOUT HOW THEY DONT KNOW. Amen.
