See if your set has a mirror setting...if it does turn it off or on

Usually it is the power board. Try finding a replacement power board it should fix the problem. I fixed my 55" Samsung with the exact same symptom.

I dont have an answer thats why I ask the question, Why cant I turn off my audio description on my JVC tv? I just typed in all the info in that part of the menu. The CC. Trying to explain to Mike. I turned everything off on it. I enjoy CC's to read in case I miss audio dialogue. Its silent. But audio description is not listed anywhere on my menu. So IF this works turning all CC'S off, I still dont get my CC's visually. Why would I have to turn off a feature for the deaf, CC's, to turn off features fir the blind which arent even listed here. I'm not being difficult. Just frustrated after looking so long for an answer that hasn't come. And missing things I want to watch. I typed all of that n more but it disappeared b4 I could enter it.

Are you using wi-fi or a hard line, for 4k i would say a hard line would be ideal. And your going to need a down load speed of at least 100mb or more.
