The easiest/quickest was is this:
Type in 1838.65 then x (yes, times button) .93 (point 93) then = button.
This is because after minusing 7% from 100 percent you are left with 93%, which gives you the 7% reduction that you wanted.
The answer should be 1709.9445 ie 1709.94

I solved this problem..
1. press and hold your % Key the zero on your display will disappear While the % is pressed, press and hold your CA key. After a short delay the calculator will print a line #--------------- when this happens release the keys.
2. Enter your tax rate for me this was 7.75 then press your Tax+ key.
now your rate is set.
You can then use this key as normal. :)

How do i do prime numbers on the NEWYES NY-991MS calculator and CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS calculator?
The NEWYES NY-991MS and CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS calculators do not have a dedicated "FACT" button like the Casio FX-83GTX. However, you can still find prime numbers on these calculators. To find prime numbers:NEWYES NY-991MS:Press the "MODE" button.Choose "PRIME" from the list of options.Enter the desired number and press "=" to check if it's prime.CTIFREE fx-991ES PLUS:Press the "MODE" button.Select "TABLE" or "TABLESET."Input a starting point and an ending point, then observe the table for prime numbers.Although the techniques may vary from those used on the Casio FX-83GTX, they prove to be effective for prime number calculations on the designated calculators.

Casio QT-6600 kitchen printer stop working.
Is there lights on, on the printer? Does it have a receipt paper roll in it?
You can do a Power Cycle of the Terminal and the Printer. Unplug the printer for the wall socket. Remove the data socket, replace the data socket making sure the connection is tight.
Disconnect the terminal from the main power, and count to 20. Plug the terminal back in.
Now go to the kitchen and plug the printer back into the mains.
The reset should fix it. The rest is in the manual, which I told you earlier today. Yes it is complicated and you may have a network switch if you have multiple terminals and possibly a computer joining everything. If you find that too complicated, call the company that sold you the unit and tell them to bring a new ticket printer with them 'just in case'. That type if ticket printer is fairly specialized, but they are common. They normally don't charge for that type of help
In the manual under Remote Printer Control.
