Can I take the cover off my casio HR-15OTE desk calculator?

There's no need to take the cover off. Use a fresh piece of 'blue tack' (white doesn't work as well), rolled into a ball, to clean your keys.

1838.65 - 7%=

The easiest/quickest was is this: Type in 1838.65 then x (yes, times button) .93 (point 93) then = button. This is because after minusing 7% from 100 percent you are left with 93%, which gives you the 7% reduction that you wanted. The answer should be 1709.9445 ie 1709.94

Trying to change the tax buttons on my CASIO HR-150TER

I solved this problem..

1. press and hold your % Key the zero on your display will disappear While the % is pressed, press and hold your CA key. After a short delay the calculator will print a line #--------------- when this happens release the keys.

2. Enter your tax rate for me this was 7.75 then press your Tax+ key.
now your rate is set.

You can then use this key as normal. :)

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to change the decimal point for the decimal comma in my Casio FC-200v?

No, decimal points are the established way in all the world. A comma is a pause, not a point.

Setting places behind the decimal.

Question edited for clarity. It is 'decimal' not 'decibel' which is a measurement of noise levels. It will show up to 9 decimal places. Page 3 of the manual refers https://uwm.edu/libraries/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2021/04/fx-300ESPLUS_2ndEdition_QSG.pdf ..

Casio fx-cp400+e won't turn on.Does any one know what is the problem?i changed the batteries but still can't turn it on

Hi, please double check that you're using rechargeable batteries for your replacements. And if the batteries were branded as casio, then your device might require that specific brand of batteries to work. Sometimes manufacturers do this on purpose to keep customer money out of the hands of 3rd-party competitors. Otherwise, please hold down the power button until your device comes on. Thank you.
