That's normal, the membranes of the speakers have aged and are no longer capable of handling the volume without flexing  = they vibrate = the buzz. And to add to that the case of the tv has aged also so it is itself flexing and buzzing.

switch the cable box from one tv to another one see if the box you changed works on the tv set you removed the cable box from on all channels if it does work after you swap out the box then it has to be bad!!!

You may have bad solder joint inside the set, try to move around or knock on the side of the tv while it is on. If the colors come back then you will have to go inside it with a soldering iron to repair those cold solder joint. If not then you may have a chroma circuit problem. Also make sure some joker did not turn the color off. And finally don`t forget to unplug before you put your fingers in the set. Hope this will help Good luck

you have a bad cap in the power supply this is a large can like device that will be puffed up on top i believe it is a 200m at 200 volt replace it and your good to go

go to the tv menu and check if the text are activated and disable it

Put it in the custom mode.Put the contrast to the max.Put every things in middles may be colors for less.Now u have the desire ajustment u want?

Ur video ic inverter board is dead.
