What are the advantages of organic spices and herbs?

Organic herbs are preferable to non-organics because they are not grown using chemical fertilizers or chemical pesticides. Chemicals can leave residues on plant matter, and work their way into the plant's roots, leaves, stems, flowers or bark, and this means that they can reach your body if you were to ingest them.

How long does it take to cook meringues in a hostess trolley

A Hot Tray takes 8 to 10 minutes and a Side Server takes 25 to minutes to heat up fully. Again you can warm dishes and plates at the same time but do allow longer to make sure you are up to temperature before using for food.

Poor the brine into a pot and warm it up while you hard boil enough eggs to fit into 2/3rds the original pickle jar (washed). Peel the eggs and put them into an empty jar while still warm and poor the hot dill brine over the eggs until the jar is almost full. Then put the lid on the jar and let sit on the counter until room temperature. After it has cooled, put it into the fridge and let sit for a day or 3 and then enjoy!

Can anything be added to cabbage to cut down on the smell while cooking?

Besides running the fan and putting a lid on it there is not much you can do. I would suggest grilling it outside. Here is a link to an awesome recipe... https://bluefarmfoods.blogspot.com/2018/11/bacon-stuffed-grilled-cabbage.html

My spiralizer will not spiralize butternut squash. Tried every attachment. Starts to and then gets stuck. Any suggestions.

Butternut Squash is far too hard unless you grow it yourself, pick them young and cut. The ones you buy in the shops are as much as 6 months old and dry skinned.

Cl50 now regularly makes a heavy noise while in use, even when grating cheese. Any advice?

When was the last time you preformed any internal maintenance? All heavy duty cooking/food prep equipment requires mechanical maintenance just like a car or truck as those internal motors are pretty high amperage to be able to perform under heavy loads. There's usually some kind of access panel or port where you'll add the food grade grease/lubricant for the internals. If you've never performed any kind of maintenance you may have to take it down to the gears and wipe away the old grease/metal shavings before applying the new grease. Good luck!

Hard Boiled Eggs...Fire and Forget

If you have a electric kettle with an auto shutoff making hard boiled eggs will never be easier! Fill the kettle 1/2 way with cold water and add 6 or less small-medium eggs and then turn on the kettle and just walk away! When you're finished whatever you had to do you can come back 1/2 hour later or more and your eggs will be finished, just like that!

Step 1 Open the rice cooker by unclipping the locks which are on the edge of the lid. Remove the lid and pan insert. Step 2 Place the rice and water into the pan. Step 3 Replace the pan insert, ensuring that the ridged edges and handles are facing upwards. Step 4 Close the lid and lock it into position by securing the lid clips. Step 5 Place the rice cooker into a microwave and cook, on high power, for approximately seven minutes. Step 6 Remove from the oven and allow the rice to stand for a further five minutes. Step 7 Remove the lid and insert. Gently stir the rice and serve it immediately.

How long and what pound pressure do I cook 3lbs of 15 bean soup

My wife says the the pressure would depend upon your elevation where you live. The pressure would be higher if you live at seal level, lower if you are above 5,000 feet. If it has meat, 90 minutes. If no meat, less. Good luck.
