JVC TH-M45 System Questions & Answers
Hi,
Ive had my JVC Home
The large cracking sounds are usually a sign that the final transistors in the amplifier are autooscillating or are partially shorted. Since the amplifiers inside the woofer are an integrated format - a single circuit - it means that the circuit has failed and it will have to be replaced. When this happens it also usually damages the power source so it will have to be checked.
Without opening the woofer and working on its electronics board there is nothing you can do - the damage is already done and nothing can make it smaller. If you want to try something you could open it and look for shorted or melted wires that go the the woofer's speaker and mess with them a little - but since you will need to do some soldering to replace them what you can do here is still very limited.
Connect a new dvd player at the home cinema set??!!!!
You can go for Samsung, Lg or any product of your choice. The most important thing is that you check the back of your old player to see the connections, and make sure the player you are about to by has those connections also so that you would be able to connect your old sub woofer and speaker with the new player.

Connecting an Ipod to JVC TH-M45 System
you can hook up ipod 2 different ways. the one i will use will be with a 3.5 to 3.5 mini plug connection(on both sides of cable it has i.e. head phone jack connection) and then set unit to aux in and that will give you sound from ipod. another way is with red and white audio cables to 3.5 mini plug connection. connect red and white to audio in on back of unit, and then set unit to that source.

I have a JVC RX-501 reciver and 2 speakers Sony(200W). I start the reciver and After 3-4 seconds it S make a sound like" bun bun " that S all... After 1-2 minute again..
The sound you're hearing could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a loose connection, a malfunctioning component, or a power issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the speaker connections: Ensure that the speaker wires are properly connected to the receiver and the speakers. Make sure that the positive and negative terminals are correctly aligned. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the wires to ensure a secure connection.
Check the power source: Ensure that the receiver is plugged into a working power outlet and that the power cord is securely connected to the receiver. You can also try plugging the receiver into a different power outlet to see if that resolves the issue.
Check the volume level: Ensure that the volume level on the receiver is not set too high. High volume levels can cause distortion and other issues.
Reset the receiver: Try resetting the receiver to its default settings. To do this, turn off the receiver and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug the receiver back in and turn it on.
If these suggestion don't help, you may have to seek professional repair.
