Mpio FL300 MP3 Player Questions & Answers
I found a Mpio Fl300
now they have the fl300 and i cannot tell for sure what type of usb connection it has. As it shows on the website that there is a special usb connector the goes from usb-1/4" audio jack. But it also says it has mini usb connection. The device is listed as plug and play so if you plug it into your computer with the proper connection it will automatically connect and allow you transfer files. if it does not pop up then it is most likely the product is damaged.
here is link to there website. The website is only in Spanish.

I tried turning my mp3 player on and it said
Invalid MBR = Invalid Master Boot Record.
This means that your player Flash Memory drive is corrupted and unfortunately may need to be reformatted if you cannot repair it using some Disk drive or Flash drive utility.
You can try to use 'Properties -> Tools -> Error Checking -> Check now' to fix the issue.
If you have a backup of the music on your player, I would simply use Windows Explorer and FORMAT it using FAT32.
Hope it helps.
Won't turn on
either you got a faulty surface mount regulator IC or you got a corrupted flash memory. Try pressing play button, then alternately press volume down (-) and Rewind (<<) buttons. When the "FORMAT? Press Menu" appears, press MENU BUTTON. A LOW LEVEL FORMAT will be in progress. When it's done, reload firmware recovery using MPIO Utility.
If however you nothing appears on the screen afteryou pushed the play, rewind, and minus buttons,or still it doesn't power up, you've got a faulty regulator IC. It is the five pin chip colored black with the markings "PHK" (use a magnifying lens to confirm) located on the left besides the battery connector (facing up, with the earphone jack on the top). If you had micro soldering skills, then you can remove the chip and replace, if you can find a replacement...
No Light on My MPIO FL300
I have the same problem. I can store things in it but can't see the screen. the LED seems to have died first the light went out then it just died.. This is the 3rd Mpio FL300 that did that to me. I returned the 2 others before the warranty was out but this time it's to late. how do we fix this problem in other words how do I get the led to work????????
Hmm...well wnhen ever i charge
Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
SANTEK FM Radio Clock with Alarm model VC35 user manual
This is as near as I could find using the gargler.
As this is a budget model, contact the manufacturer for a manual if the attached is not near enough.
