The 758 error is caused by the sensor on the front door. It occurs when printing "on-demand".
It's more than likely not an issue that can be fixed by cleaning. The door sensor needs to be replaced.

That's a printhead failure error code. The printhead needs to be replaced.

Here's a video that shows how to properly load supplies into the gun. It's possible that the supplies aren't loaded properly..

Here is the link to the 9855 operator's manual. Page 101 of 132 shows you how to replace the printhead. It's a pretty simple procedure.

kindly go to its main menu and set the media type direct Thermal. or check your printer properties u can change the media from there to Direct Thermal.

A 614 status code is telling you that a portion of the field is off the tag. Either the data that you're sending to the printer needs to be adjusted, or the software program/driver that you are using needs to move the data field within the scope of the label size itself.

Longoftheshort... If you tell your printer to print the word HELLO, but you start the H to the far right of the label, the ELLO is technically off the label. This is what 614 is trying to tell you. The rest of the label might print out okay, but not that one field. Adjust your label, or don't print as many characters in that field, and you could find the 614 going away.

Though the actual issues is a little deeper than what I have explained, it should give you a basic understanding of the issue.

You may wish to have Avery Dennison, the folks that purchased Monarch/Paxar, to service your printer.

Their phone number is 1-800-543-6650 and ask them the correct address for service. Your bands may be getting too loose, and need to be replaced. If it is something that they can instruct you to take care of, they can sell you the bands and provide instruction.

Go into the printer's menu and turn on the ribbon, or if you are using a 3rd party software, go into the software settings to tell the printer that it has a ribbon.

These types of errors are data errors. If you post your datastream, I may be able to tell you where the error is at.

You can open up label templates in Word or other word processors. For Word, you can find these on Microsoft's website for free generally.

Check your supply type in the "Supply" menu. You either have the wrong supply type set or the supply sensor is broken...

Do you have the operators manual?
