just conect to the pc then goto my computer then rigth click on mp3 icon then chose format itl wil delete al the files on you mp3 but its the only way to fix

NHJ no longer exist. It is impossible to find any firmware online.

go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver>
then1
1.yes this time only> next 2.choose advanced option>next 3don't search i"ll update from........>next4.click on show campatible> next> next 5. now it updated then restart you computer
Then try to format your drvice sir
your problem will now soved

probably you didnt stop the device before removing it. now it is stuck in read only mode. you cannot format.
if it-s inside warranty get the unit replaced.
