sounds like the left side of t-con board is failing and theyre cheap to replace approx 15 quid. or psu which is only about 30. worth fixing if the screen is not cracked or broken

These tv use a universal cord which can be picked up for around $4 from any Walmart or Home Depot store.

You cannot get parts for that shipped to you. The screen is too big for the manufacturer to send it to anyplace but a service center. You will have to take it somewhere.
