Today I received my new Privia px830 and three keys works as an interruptor: play notes at full intensity. Are sensors cracked?

The sensors are rubber, and don't usually crack. Most of the time they are dirty and can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and Q-tips VERY carefully. Also be careful of the ribbon wires inside the keyboard. The keys should just snap in and out. I cleaned mine a little while ago, and now it works perfectly.

How to fix loud key on Privia PX-830

I just fixed mine, it was making the loud sounds and had seemed to have lost the sensitivity. Take out all the screws on the outside, then the sides can come off. That gives access to the inside where you can take out a few more screws (easily seen) and open it all up. The keys themselves just snap in, so two small screwdrivers or strong fingernails can pop them back out. Clean the rubber contacts (they look like little sockets) with Q-tips and rubbing alcohol, then replace the keys. If you take out the white keys of an octave first, then the black keys (keeping them in order) it is a lot easier.

My casio privia px830 pedal doesn't sustain enough,

It could be that the electronics of the pedal are dirty, or that dirt has collected under it causing it to not depress all the way. Try taking it apart and cleaning it with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Be very careful of any wires or delicate articles.

Casio Privia Px-110 digital piano won't turn on. I have tried replacing the AC adaptor but still nothing.

You should not be replacing an adapter on a guess. That could be checked in 15 seconds with a digital multimeter. Your issue is likely a dislodged connector inside. Remove connectors and then reconnect. ..

I have a casio x700 when using the fingerd options it stills plays the chord by pressing only one key.

Greetings, It sounds like you've pre-programmed a certain sound that is usually only triggered by multiple keys into one key. The most efficient way to return to the way that you're searching for might be to perform a factory reset on your device. But you should back up any data into a USB stick before you perform the reset as all data in the Casio device will be reset. Thank you.

(Wk-200) Volume wheel spinning all the way around and not stopping at "min" or "max"

If the volume wheel on your Casio WK-200 keyboard is spinning all the way around and not stopping at the "min" or "max" positions, it is likely that the potentiometer that controls the volume has become faulty or damaged. A potentiometer, or pot for short, is a type of variable resistor that is commonly used to control the volume on electronic devices. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Power off your keyboard and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Remove any batteries from the battery compartment.
  3. Locate the volume potentiometer inside the keyboard. It should be near the volume wheel and will have three pins or legs.
  4. Check the potentiometer for any visible signs of damage, such as cracks or broken pins.
  5. Gently wiggle the volume wheel while observing the potentiometer. If it appears to be loose or wobbly, it may need to be replaced.
  6. If you have experience with electronics and soldering, you may be able to replace the potentiometer yourself. Otherwise, it is recommended that you take your keyboard to a qualified service technician for repair.
If the issue persists after attempting these troubleshooting steps, it is likely that the potentiometer needs to be replaced. In any case, it is best to seek the assistance of a professional technician to avoid causing further damage to your keyboard.

Casio CDP-100 sustain pedal not working

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with the sustain pedal on your Casio CDP-100 digital piano. The problem may not be with the pedal itself, but with the internal connections or circuitry of the piano. If you're unable to factory reset the piano and it's not responding to the sustain pedal, it's likely that there is a problem with the main board. This is a complex issue that may require professional repair. However, before giving up on it, you can try the following steps:
  1. Check the connections: Make sure that all of the connections between the pedal, the piano, and the power supply are secure and that there is no damage to the cables.
  2. Check the power supply: Make sure that the power supply is working properly and that the piano is receiving power.
  3. Try to update the firmware: Check if there is a firmware update available for your piano on the Casio website. Updating the firmware may fix the problem.
  4. Check the manual: Consult the piano's manual for troubleshooting steps, it may have some information that can help you.
If none of these steps work, it is likely that the problem is with the main board and it will need to be repaired by a professional technician. Unfortunately, this can be an expensive repair. Keep in mind that attempting to repair a digital piano can be dangerous if you're not familiar with the proper procedures and safety precautions. It's important to keep in mind that the piano was second hand and you were aware of a problem with it and you have been given a lower price as a result. It is also important to note that buying second hand musical instruments may have hidden issues, which is why it's always advisable to inspect it thoroughly before buying it or to buy from a reputable seller who can give you a warranty. The AN8054 is an integrated circuit used in the Casio Tone Bank M120 keyboard. If it has been blown off, you will need to replace it. An equivalent replacement for the AN8054 is the LM358N, which is a dual operational amplifier that can be used as a substitute. Other equivalent options you can consider include the LM741, LM7808, and LM324. It's always recommended to check the datasheet of the substitute IC to ensure it meets the specifications and requirements of the original IC.
