Do the following for setting the screen.
1. Press the Menu button
2. Select Projection
In the Projection option,
Select Front : When the projector is in front of the
screen.

Select Front/Ceiling : When the projector is in front of the
screen and suspended from the ceiling.

Select Rear : When the projector is behind the
screen.
Select Rear/Ceiling : When the projector is behind the
screen and suspended from the ceiling.

you have a fried light filter on one of the lcd panels, due to excessive dust and heat. you will need to replace the entire optical engine, as epson does not sell individual pieces of it.

reset the settings to factory default. you can go into the menu and change the settings.
