Before going to the procedures i would like to warn you that DO NOT ENTER WRONG / GUESSED CODES TO UNLOCK THE PHONE. If you do so your mobile might be in total hardware lock and the phone will be of no use.

Procedures: -

- Remove the sim card from your mobile
- Switch On the mobile
- Ignore the warning message
- Type #pw+CODE+1# (in some country 7# instead of 1# is used)
- A message will pop up showing 'Sim Restriction Off' Or 'Sim Restriction Removed"

Hate to say it, but its pretty much trashed. Did you already try to turn it on? If you did,,its more than likely burnt up...If not try and dry it out in an oven, set temp as low as possiable and see if you can dry it out.
