Rare earth magnet. Google it. Then throw the safe out.

The reset button is inside.

There is no factory override code, otherwise anyone that knew it could get into it!

The maker will tell you the original combination if you have the serial number. Of course, it may have been changed.

You can open it with a rare earth magnet in about 5 seconds.

Like Steve stated. I would add to use a rust-converting primer (the type that converts surface rust into an invert primer, stopping all future rusting).

As this is only occurring in the left corner, I'd try to determine exactly where the water is coming from (that's causing the damage). I suppose it could be condensation if the unit is over ten years old, but it also possible that a connection slightly loose or worn.

If it is account login then you can very well reset from account page as long as you have access to the email account associated. If the issue is with NVR you will have to do hard reset by openign the NVR box

Concrete is a fabulous option for patios, sidewalks, and driveways. But, there can also be issues surrounding it. With the passage of time, holes and cracks may develop on the surface. Not to mention the devastating effects climate change or severe weather conditions can have. The good news is that you don't need to replace the whole surface! Cracks, chips, and holes can easily be fixed by a licensed professional. Even better: there are some things you can do, too, to protect your investments and avoid major concrete repairs. Check the attached link.
