If it works fine when you connect to your tv then you've probably got a loose cable on the screen. You'll have to strip it to check.

point light to the screen, if you seen something faint then its the screen light and screen will need replacing, older screens need an inverter that will also cause this, plug it in to an external screen and see if that works.

Remove ALL media, DVD, CD, USB, unplug, remove battery, plug in reboot. OR try to boot to safe mode, open the Control Panel, select Power Options, set to High Performance, Change Plan settings, set SLEEP and Hibernate to Never.

MSI states that "This device uses the native driver bundled in operating system."But the driver may become corrupt, so you'll need to remove it first then re-discover it. To do so, follow these instructions
Go to Start\Control Panel\System and Security\Device Manager
Go to Imaging Devices, you should see the camera there. Right click the name of your camera and choose uninstall. After it gets deleted, go for
Action\Scan for hardware changes. It should discover your camera automatically.

If it still doesn't work, check your video calling application for video camera setup.

If your Internet Explorer keeps randomly crashing (closing by itself), there may be an add-on or temporary page disrupting the connection. Every time you browse the web, Internet Explorer keeps track of the websites you visit. It keeps these pages, along with cookie trackers, in the "Temporary Browsing History" folder. Some websites cause Internet Explorer to crash.

Open the Internet Explorer browser. Go to "Tools > Delete Browsing History." Hit "Delete All." Check off the box that says "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons." Hit "OK." Close and reopen the browser. b> Disable Add-Ons b> Go to "Start > Search." Type "Internet Explorer" and hit "Enter." The computer will search for any files with this label. Double-click on the file that says "Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)." You might have to many programs trying to or accessing your computer or the internet at the same time or a virus Scroll to bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click select task manager applications and processes to see you what's running and ticking over if you see anything you don't need running select end now and you might uninstall that specific program if you or computer does not require it to run and some unnecessary programs that could be jamming up your computer also under processes see what is ticking over in the background again if you see something you don't need to be running select end now and users you will see who is using your computer

The error PXE-E61: Media test failure usually means the hard disk has failed or the hard disk needs re-seating or the disk controller is faulty. First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

Lost Windows password:


  • Login as Administrator. Try with no password (load safe mode if you don't see Administrator). Press F8 during boot to access Safe Mode.
  • Login as other user (if other user is availible) and manage users. Must be an administrator.
  • Reformat computer.
  • Use 3rd party software to remove password. Like http://www.top-password.com/reset-windows-password.html

click start control panel view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there
if you are have trouble with your webcam

click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager scroll down image devices you could see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall drivers or update driver

if you dont have the driver you will need to download one here are a few you could try

Which Password? Bios Password? Hard Drive Password? Windows Welcome Screen User Logon Password?

Which Operating System? Windows XP? Windows Vista? Windows 7?

OK, if you are running Windows 7, Microsoft tightenedsecurity on it so you've got to have a password reset disk which 99% of thepeople who own laptops with windows 7 fail to do. It should be one of thefirst things you do when you buy the laptop. Otherwise, you're faced withreinstalling the Operating System or possibly doing a System Recovery.

If you're on Windows XP or Vista try this:

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on andimmediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see the Safe Modeoption. Select SAFE MODE and let the computer boot up. When it getsto the User Login screen it will show the Administrator userid and the useridfor which you forgot the password. Sign in as the Administrator (hopefullyyou didn't put a password on it and forgot it too). Once the desktopappears it will look different, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger,but this is normal for safe mode.

Click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts
When the User Accounts screen opens, click on the userid for which you forgotthe password. Select the option to REMOVE PASSWORD.

Reboot your machine.
