Hi, you can download it from HP.com search your laptop for example probook4320 click on it when it find your laptop choose driver download find bluetooth driver and hp wireless manager ,you can on or off the bluetooth driver with wireless manager software,or you can google it or you can use windows update service on the control panel to update your driver,and hp has a software call HP ADVISORuse it to update you driver in the maintenance tab kind regards

The HP you have doesn't have a SIM card. Those are for phones or network devices.

Hi,
You might have disabled the touchpad accidentally. If the touchpad is disabled it is indicated by a yellow LED on upper left corner of the touchpad and when the TouchPad is active, the light is off.
To turn the TouchPad on, quickly double-tap the TouchPad off indicator (the yellow LED).

yes this model supports face recognition software, you must have software installed already, facial recognition software, click on windows logo (Start button) and go to all programs, and find Facial Recognition or similar.

This could be due to a loose connection where the LCD screen connects to the mainboard. Test this theory by connecting a monitor to your Notebook via the VGA-out port on your Notebook. If it works and shows a picture then your Notebook is ok and the connection or screen needs to be looked at. Use a friends VGA monitor.

However if nothing displays on the monitor through the VGA out-put then the computer will need to be taken to a notebook computer technician to diagnose and repair the system. Claim warranty support if you can.

There should be an off indicator in the upper left of the touchpad. If you double click in this area, it will turn the touchpad off. You can confirm that it is off because a light will come on. If this doesn't or hasn't worked, go into your device manager and disable it from there.

If you have windows installed you can go to "Control Panel." Select the "Device Settings" tab and click "Enable" to enable the touchpad. Click "OK" to save the changes.

If that does not work. you can press the touchpad for 5 to 10 seconds.

The screen rsolution is changed in the Display settings.
Open Control panel - click on Display - Settings Tab then move the slider on Screen Resolution to adjust the screen resolution. - then Apply
