Well, first let address the lack of power usage from your router and cable modem. The router, depending on model, may only use less than 5 amps of of power, depending on the load it is using at any one time, the cable modem is using maybe 2 amps, at peak load, since the line is already powered from the cable company, there is no real load. Since the usage is much less than 1 watt, it would not register on your meter. The reason why unplugging your devices from the wall, for it to not provide backup power to all of the devices is the battery(ies) may not be providing enough juice to maintain the power required for ll of the devices plugged in. Also, UPS are generally not compatible with power strips and therefore do not tend to function properly with a devices powered on the strip. They generally won't complete the power connection due to the strip carrying a much higher load than the UPS can support. This should explain all of your power issues. My mouse will not work
Check to see if any thing works on it at all, and if not go to Device Manager and see if there is a conflick with it.you can try looking for updated drivers for as well.

I don’t know what is F4 how to solve this
F4 is one of what is called function keys. They are keys above the row of number keys which are above the alphabetic keys on the keyboard. The result from pressing a function keys varies by brand of computer. With some computers, you must press a key called the FN key as well as the numbered F4 key in order for what ever that key is programmed to do to proceed. Even more confusing it that you can press the FN key simultaneously with just a sheer number in order to perform other tasks. But there is indeed a key just labeled the F4 key, even if in some cases you must press a FN key as well as it. You need to search for a list of what your function keys do for your brand of computer. For instance "function keys for HP laptops" or "function keys for Toshiba laptops." When you post questions, it is helpful for you to list brand and model of your device.

Page 57 of your user manual say you can register your product in order to receive emails about any software updates to the product. It also goes some way to discuss how to update the software if there is such an update available. From about page 52 onward discusses matters such as connecting your device to the computer's USB port.
The product appears to have multiple functions for recording notes and playing MP3 files. Additionally, it is mentioned that cards may be added to it. The device has a menu item called TOOLS which has a submenu item regarding software updates. It short, you have to download any software updates to your computer and install them to the NowBible device through the USB port in conjuntion with the menu item for software updates. Take a look at page 57 which online is page 62..

How do I delete items from the history
You can delete history from Google Chrome very easily. Just follow these steps.
1) First click on an icon displayed in following image. you can find this icon below close button on google chrome. then go to History & then click on History.
2) Now you will see all your browsing history. At bottom of history you will see the Clear browsing data button. Just click on that.
3) After clicking you will the following window will open, here just click on displayed Clear browsing data button at below of window.
Now you have successfully cleared browsing history of google chrome.

Is it a laptop or desktop?
If laptop, check it's not in 4:3 mode Usually pressing the FN and one of the "F-keys" does it. The key will have an image that shows the borders like on your screen.
If it's a desktop, check in your display settings. have you got the resolution set correctly?

To Troubleshoot no boot situation, follow the below steps:
