It is on the buttom of the laptop. Look for a sticker with a small barcode. Their should be 3 different numbers above the barcode. Type, S/N and Produkt ID.

Did you try to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete? I think you can turn it off in the Bios Menu (F12 or F10 almost right after you turn on the pc)

Usually located at the top row of keys on the keyboard and has a build in light that lights up when activated. - Do you have Realtek installed? - Did you connect the speakers/headset and turned them on (if possible). - After connecting the Speakers/headset, restart the pc while leaving them on and connected. no problem with the configuration i guess.. try to reinstall the sound drivers or uninstall the current drivers and install generic drivers by manufacturer i.e Lenovo

I think your removable device drivers are corrupt. Please reinstall them if you have the Driver DVD or download from official website.

It's a bad LCD. Replace it. Horizontal or Vertical lines are indications of LCD issue and can only be resolved by replacing the screen itself. Same with dead pixels. Sorry!

Lenovos don't like some updates, I've heard this one before with BT spportapp. android or windows, the answer is the same, undo the last update. only update manually. you choose what you want, not them, they just fill some updates with ads and junk. In android, just go to manage apps and select troublesome app click it and select undo last update. in windows, goto update manager and rightclick on the update to undo or roll back. hope this helps Red
