add a 3 ohm resistor in series at the negative post of the speaker.

amp is clearly overheating. you are over-driving the amp. you can, cool the amp better, turn the volume down, and/or check the the speaker configuration you are using is appropriate for the amp you're using.

turn down the gain until you can go full volume without distortion. crossover frequency is always up to the user.

I had the same problem on a different Fosgate amp. It was an old 301s. It was a drive circuit transistor.

you have burned the coils and it is froze. i doublt you can get recone kits for the cheaper models. best to get a new one.

yes you have burnt the coil up the rattling you here is the loose wire

cheaper to buy a new one for . i dont believe you can get a recone for them.
