How old is this t3000?

If you have windows media player you would go to your libary and click on your videos and drag the video that you want to your sync list then press sync when you are done dragging all your videos to the sync list.

Take the back cover off and take the battery out and leave it out for about 30 seconds and then put it back in and power it up that should reset the unit.

I just clicked the reset button on the side with the back of my earing for three seconds and the screen went black, so I powered it on, and now everything is fine. Try that :)

use the reset button to reset it ..The device should be on when you do it ...and the reset button should be hidden in a hole somewhere at the side or at the bottom ...Just push in that hole with the sharp stylus ..and keep it pressed until restarts ..This should make it work ...

Press the Power ON/OFF slide button.
To power ON, push Slide UP & hold for 5 sec's
To power OFF, push Slide UP & hold for 5 sec's

If no go,
Use the Stylus and push into Reset hole, at bottom of device.
(not on back side, but at the bottom, where there is a single hole.
Press and hold for a second or two, or until it turns off/on.

Pushing Slide DOWN, put's it HOLD mode (make sure the slide
switch is Not in the Down position) is probably in Hold mode?

I've had this problem before and finally realized that I was putting it in
the hold mode every time, by pushing the Slide Power button, down.
Instead of UP.

Click on the Manual link in the bottom left hand corner.
Settings are on pages 24 and 25.

You may have to navigate there using the buttons if the touch screen does not work.
I would try calibrate screen, or if that does not work you can try restoring the default factory settings.

If the player is new out of the box, it may need charging first. Connect the supplied USB cabe to the player and then connect the cable into the computer's USB port (boot up the computer first) and let it charge for approx. 6 hours.
The player should now work.

yeah,press the hole ,but until it turns off i had the same problem and now it works again

The reset button is on the bottom of the device. It is a little hole, use a paperclip, push and hold for 10 - 15 seconds and it will reset. It happened to me the first time I used mine and I haven't had the same problem yet.

I just opened my Xmas present a Trio T3000 and it froze on me while taking pics and it won't shut off what can I do?

had the same problem i had to restart media player then connect the usb plug then the mp3 so it would register with windows.

Touchscreen not working

Clean the screen with a microfiber polishing cloth.
Do not wear gloves while using the touchscreen.
Do not use the touchscreen with wet hands or immediately after applying hand
