Frozen screen
It's hard to give you a solution when I don't know what your mp3 player looks like, but did you try to reset it ?
It wont turn on
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. downloading...) What I did was this: I let it on (with this frozen
screen saying downloading) until it lost any charge and turn black it
self, so I pluged it to my laptop and bualah! everything went fine
again. I hope it helps you.

Help me ! it will not play vidoes
Video files: Says it supports WMA and AVI but if you're like me you tried putting them on the unit only to get a 'file not supported' message. That's because the resolution needs to be reduced first, to 320X240. I guess they want you to buy and install the coverter software they provide -- not really free. The demo mode is but adds a watermark and limits audio conversion to 90 seconds. Otherwise you need to pay $10 or sign up and buy something from their 'partners'. I have no idea who those are, because you need to sign up first before finding out any info at all. If you already have a converter, use it. I use Real Player.I found this on the web may be this will help you : - )
Trio t2810c screen frozen
Look at the top of the unit. There is a small silver dot. This is the reset button.Push on it with a pin head or a stylus. It will return the screen to the main menu. Hope this helps.

Personally i would use computer charging for USB ports.
I'm new to this. Where do I find the software
This is just a suggestion you might try I have a T2800 player so may be different but the following is what I had to do. Hope it helps you When you connect the player to your computer, it will act as a removable disk drive. Inside, there is a folder called "Tools & Manual". Open this folder, and then the "Tools" folder.
Google play store
The google play store is already incorporated in the Android device. If you mean that you aren't able to download apps off the store, it most likely is because you have not logged in to your Google account which you might need to make if you don't have one. Once that is set up, everything should work just fine.
