You have a faulty heater element on the hob, what is probably happening is it is ok until it gets hot then it shorts and blows the fuse. You need to identify which hot ring is faulty by trying them in turn (if there is more than one that is) and then replace it.

Sounds like a wire is hitting a metal object. Wire may be bare in that spot. God-Bless!

Try turning the breaker off that it is connected to for a while and turn it back on to see if that clears the issue. When power outages happen, sometimes the power surges and sags and this can cause issues with the controller boards in appliances.

If it is happening on all burners then the regulator is probably pooched... this is what allows has to enter the lines but not at too high a pressure
