security code for all nokias' is the same by default, this is 12345.

maybe at setting??? or if the c7 off-mode its mean invalid sim!!! if u want to turn off the off-mode of nokia see at settings good luck hope this can help you

Try getting an over air update when you call the service you are using, If that doesnt work check your phone for new software update and last thing to do is check a different sim card to see if your sim card is damaged if all of these do not work I reccomend returning phone to the place of purchase as it may be the phone itself.
