Verona FSGE536SS Dual Fuel (Electric and Gas) Kitchen Range Questions & Answers
Just purchased a house with this range.
Hello, if you cannot locate a manual for your Verona FSGE536 SS, let me know, I could scan mine and send you a PDF.
The manual has operation, installation & maintenance instructions. The manual ( 30 double-sided pages on 8X11.5" paper ) covers models FSGE648F, FSGE536F, and FSGE536S. Mine has the following; " 9880006200 07-2002 issue " on the footing of each page.
Some of the figures and illustrations are of poor quality, but they "get the job done". It also covers what all the control settings are and how to use the controls to set time and alarms.

One burner on my verona cook top will not stay lit after it is ignited and turned to proper position. One burner works correctly
So you turn the dial Jessie, it sparks and lights, but when you turn it to full flame, it goes out?
Gas burners are simple in nature. You have a knob that you turn and beyond that there is a jet firing gas into a tube with a cone called a 'venturi'. Air is mixed with the gas and it travels up the tube to the burner holder. On top of the holder sits the flame spreader, usually called 'the burner'. Although the venturi can sometimes get blocked by spider nests or egg cocoons, this seldom happens indoors, but affects outdoor grills all the time. My guess is that you have blockages in the burner unit. Remove it and soak in boiling water and dish soap. Leave it until the water goes cold. Rinse and clean with a pot brush paying attention to the slots and all the holes. Check they are clear. Rinse in hot water, blow all the holes clear, and leave to dry. Replace the burner and try lighting it again.
I found this on Fixya, it might help, but it might not.
Without knowing the exact Verona model you have, I found this link.

My Verona oven goes off at times while I am baking
Ignoring the possibility of a faulty thermostat, the problem could be caused by oxygen starvation due to insufficient ventilation or possibly fluff or cobwebs partially blocking the air inlet port of the gas mixing chamber.
