Hello,
If the colors on one particular map are either blurred or not visible, it may be a coding error on your disc. This is easily fixable, as it only needs to be cleaned. If this is a problem for multiple maps, you may need to replace the disc or clean the laser on your XBOX. Either way, the cost of repair is less than $20. First and foremost, though, is to try and play another level and see if that problem is present.

How do you find combat training on black ops
in your menu it should apear or look in your game folder see if it there or not if not then look on your game disk for it and install it from there or go into your game folder if you downloaded it from the internet and it should be there if no go to fenopy.com and click on the fenopy search and then type in that search bar for codbops and downloaded it to your pc it will be there ok !

My black ops disc has
well what keeps happening and its happened with a lot of disks they have used a piece of trash eco friendly xbox 360 game case that will crack your disk if you put it into the case. Its happened to me my friends and aquaintences. My recommendation is that you get an older case and use it instead of the cheap eco friendly ones. By the way you could also install someone else's copy onto your hard drive and just keep using your cracked disk.

That was probably the straw that broke the camels back, all the other cracks and scratches were fine, but that last one tiny scratch it got from handling it pushed it over the edge.

I cannot enter a clan
There is something that you are entering in your clan tag that the system doesn't like. It may not look prohibited to you but it is flagging it for some reason. I would just try a different clan tag as there isn't really a whole lot you can do about it. If you are adamant about using the clan tag you can try to contact technical support. There is a forum located here and you can probably retrieve a phone number from the forum if you wish:

My black ops is odd.
Check the inside ring of the disc, is there any cracking? If so the only real solution is to buy another disk but to be sure it's not the system try another black ops disc in your system.

I purchased Call of Duty
I believe the zombie map token code was a one-time download for the game. If he's entered it into his Uncle's xbox, and was logged on with his uncle's account, then now is uncle is, in the eyes of Xbox Live, the owner of the zombie maps.
The only way to get a new code is to buy a new copy of the game. The non-special edition retails for less than 140 (mercifully). Perhaps your grandson and his uncle can work some deal out -- if the uncle wishes to play CoD, he could perhaps buy your grandson's copy off him, and your grandson could then buy a new copy of CoD, and activate the zombie pack on his own console?
