if you can see if the screen lights from behind when the picture apears for a second then the problem is probably the invertor or worse the screen

have you checked the dongle on any other usb like on a pc etc see if it work on one of them. also check the usb setting in the tv it may be turn'd off. or be on no power assist means usb is working but does not send the 5volts out.

Check for any loose solder terminals at its horizontal output, and main IC legs.

tried to hooked up with other component input just to locate weather their is a problem in the tv or in the unit has been plug in the tv.

I assume you have already tried using the buttons on the side of the TV to adjust it? I would just do a factory reset on it. Enter the TV main menu. Select factory reset to return the TV Menu settings to the factory default values. If this does not fix it unplug to TV for 45min to do a complete hard reset.
